Relax The Back - Location CLOSED (Business) in Brookline

where to start? My Wife took here car in to check brakes ( 2nd opinion basically ) she was told by another shop that she needed them so she took it in for that free estimate right? ripoff! After all said & done, not only does she need brakes, she is told her right strut boot is cracked and so she gets an estimate for what she needs on top of $369.00 brake estimate 2 new struts? 1 new shock? 1 new strut boot ( OK ) 4 wheel alignment? and then the labor? total: $699.00 Took it back to the 1st shop and showed them the estimates and was told ( how do they sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off and lying like that ) Needless to say....her car did have a cracked rubber boot but did not need any of the estimated repairs that they said she needed.
